Backstreet International Merchandise Ltd is registered with the Companies’ Registration Office, Cardiff under number 2597733. VAT no. GB 549 048522. Registered office (NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED HERE): 1a High Street, Epsom, Surrey, KT19 8DA, UK. (Hereinafter referred to as “BSI Merch”, “the Vendor”, “We”, or “Us”).
We may vary these terms and conditions from time to time at our discretion.

FORMATION OF CONTRACT
Goods may be ordered via our webstore. A contract is formed on acceptance by us of your order. If you provide your email, you will receive confirmation of order details, which is not acceptance. Acceptance occurs upon receipt of payment. Your card or PayPal account will be charged as soon as you submit your order.
BSI Merch will not knowingly allow orders to be shipped via forwarding companies or addresses. We do not accept liability for missing or tampered orders shipped via such addresses. In the case of recorded music, deliveries to forwarding addresses are excluded from chart reporting. Orders suspected of being placed using forwarding addresses may be cancelled.
It is your responsibility to ensure all order details are correct at the time of purchase. We may assist if an order does not arrive; however, if non-delivery is due to incorrect information supplied by the customer, BSI Merch is not liable and no refund or replacement will be issued.
Changes to customer information after placing an order are at our discretion. If there are issues fulfilling an order, we will notify you and may offer an alternative or re-process the order.
CANCELLATION & RETURNS
You may cancel an order up to 14 days after receipt of goods. To cancel before shipment, contact us via the CONTACT link in the site footer. If goods have shipped, they must be returned in excellent condition suitable for resale and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receipt of returned goods. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are refunded up to the standard delivery option. Returns are not accepted at our registered office address.
NON-RETURNABLE POLICY FOR PERSONALISED ITEMS
Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects, or
- Items not matching agreed specifications.
Please double-check all custom details (text, colours, sizing) before ordering.

FRAUDULENT ORDERS
Orders with false or invalid information will be treated as fraud. We use advanced checks from our payment provider and internal algorithms. Orders suspected to be fraudulent may be deleted without notice. We may pass information to authorities if fraudulent activity is detected. We reserve the right to cancel orders if suspected to be for resale.
PRICE & PAYMENT
Prices are as shown at checkout on the order date. Delivery charges are notified at checkout. Payment must be made by credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Goods are dispatched only against cleared funds. UK customers pay VAT at applicable rates. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs, taxes, or import duties.
LIABILITY
Liability is limited to the purchase price of goods. We are not liable for loss of use, revenue, or profit.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Goods not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described under UK consumer law
FORWARDING ADDRESSES
Orders using secondary or forwarding addresses may be cancelled. BSI Merch is not liable for lost, damaged, missing, or undelivered orders sent to forwarding addresses.
EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including strikes, industrial disputes, system/network breakdown, floods, fires, explosions, or accidents.
OUT OF STOCK
High demand may result in overselling. If we cannot fulfill your order, you will be notified and refunded within 3–5 business days.
SAFE WORKPLACE POLICY
We have a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive or threatening behaviour to staff. Examples include:
Offensive or abusive language, unwanted remarks, negative or malicious comments, unrealistic demands
Written, recorded, or in-person threats, bullying, racial abuse, sexual harassment, invasion of personal space, physical violence, brandishing objects, stalking, spitting
Breach may result in terminated communication, cancelled orders, and referral to authorities.
DATA PROTECTION
We may send promotional communications unless opted out. Customer data is not shared or sold to third parties.
ASSIGNMENT
Rights and obligations may not be assigned without consent, except BSI Merch may assign to affiliates or successors.
THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
Non-parties have no rights under these Terms.
PARTIAL INVALIDITY
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
WAIVER
Failure to exercise any right does not constitute waiver.
NOTICES
All notices must be submitted via the CONTACT link in the site footer.
LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by English law. English courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
SPECIAL OFFERS
Valid only during specified dates; cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated.
PROMOTIONS, COMPETITIONS & NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
From time-to-time BSI Merch may offer contests, sweepstakes, surveys, games, prize draws, or similar promotions (collectively, “Promotions”), either directly or with third parties or partners.
No Purchase Necessary: Unless otherwise stated, no purchase is necessary to enter or win a Promotion. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Promotion-Specific Rules: Each Promotion may have its own official rules in addition to these Terms. By participating, you agree to be bound by those rules. If there is a conflict, the Promotion rules will prevail.
Eligibility: Open worldwide unless otherwise restricted. Employees (and immediate families) of BSI Merch, its affiliates, and prize suppliers are excluded.
Entry Requirements: Age, residency, and identity checks may apply. Automated or false entries will be void.
Prizes: Non-transferable, no cash alternatives unless stated. Subject to availability and supplier terms.
Winner Selection & Notification: Winners will be selected as per the Promotion rules. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact winners. If they cannot be reached, prizes may be offered to alternate entrants. The decision of BSI Merch or its appointed judges is final.
Publicity: By entering, winners agree that their name, likeness, and country of residence may be used for publicity purposes, unless prohibited by law.
Data Protection: Personal data collected in connection with Promotions will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Liability: BSI Merch is not responsible for technical errors, lost or delayed entries, or unfulfilled prizes supplied by third parties.
LICENSED MERCHANDISE
We sell only 100% officially licensed products. Non-licensed items will be removed immediately.
